Buddha Fruit
I've been eating salad for breakfast a lot lately. My favorite Fall salad and breakfast salad is Pear-Arugula-Pecan with a maple vinaigrette. Check out these Buddha pears! I don't know if I could cut into one of these, they're too cute. A guy in China got the bright idea to create them with molds...as the fruit grows it is shaped into these serene meditators. Can you imagine strolling through a grove of these?
